Hey Dale, for your Fan-tastic vent fan model 6600 there is not a replacement remote available. I reached out to my contact at Fan-tastic Vents and they have discontinued that remote along with the entire product and said you will need to replace it with a newer system. I recommend the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote # FV807350 for a replacement.
This is a remote controlled roof vent with a power lift and adjustable fan speed that can move up to 920 CFM. view full answer...
Hey Jeremy, yes you could use the replacement fan blade and motor kit part # FVK8017-00 to replace the 4000 Fan-Tastic Series roof vent that you have now. view full answer...
Hi Bill,
If you do in fact have a Ventline Ventadome or Vanair RV roof vent then you'll be able to replace the motor with # BVD0218-00. I recommend removing the old motor and seeing if there are any serial numbers on it that we can use to determine what the motor is though and confirm that this is the correct replacement. view full answer...
Functionally nothing at all. The difference between the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Assembly Upgrade Kit item # FV807357 and the Fan-Tastic Vent 7350 Series Upgrade Kit item # FV807359 is how they install.
The item # FV807357 clamps securely around the garnish in the roof whereas the item # FV807359 goes around the garnish as well but also works with existing high/low style bases. Both vents have a rough opening size of 14-1/4" x 14-1/4".

I agree Mark it does look different, but the correct replacement circuit board for your MaxxFan Deluxe is the Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Powered Lift RV Roof Vents w/ Reversible Fan # MA10A21275K. view full answer...
We have actually checked with the folks at Fat-Tastic vent in the past regarding a replacement remote for the 6600R model vent. We were told that they 6600R vent uses the old rectangular style RF remote, which is unfortunately no longer available. The newer digital remotes # FV9068-81 are not going to be compatible either, and there is no other alternate remote that will work.
Since replacement parts are not available for your vent, the only solution we can offer is to replace the entire... view full answer...
Thanks for reaching out, Charles!
The 417RF remote has unfortunately been discontinued and there aren't any replacements for it so the only way to get a vent assembly with a remote like this is to replace your whole vent with the Dometic FanTastic Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote # FV807350. view full answer...
Hi James,
The INC115342 part number you gave me unfortunately doesn't come back to anything. Do you know what the model number of your vent is? If not the boards will typically have a tiny white sticker on them with some info that I could use to look for a replacement. If you want to send me some pictures of the current circuit board I'd be happy to take a look. view full answer...
Hey Michael, I actually wasn't able to find any replacements for that fan and it also seems like the fan has been discontinued. I recommend just swapping out the entire thing with the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-07500K.
I know it's not really what you wanted to do, but unfortunately it seems to be your best option. This vent will fit into a 14" x 14" opening, has a 12V, 10 speed fan, and includes all of the mounting hardware for install. view full answer...
Hi Barb,
Replacement lids like the # BVA0502-03 are unfortunately brand specific so it would not be a fit with your MaxxFan Dome Roof Vent # MA00-03812B. We don't currently offer the replacement lid for this model so I recommend reaching out to MaxxAir directly and I'm sure they'd be happy to send you a replacement. If not then you'd be looking at buying a replacement secondhand or completely replacing the vent. I'm also not quite sure if anything else might be damaged with your vent to... view full answer...
Hey Monty, in this situation in the past we've had to recommend going with a new control and vent assembly with the Air Distribution Box w/ Wall-Mounted Thermostat for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ACRG15 which includes everything you need, and it will all be an exact replacement for your current components. This will allow you to get the 3rd fan speed working and the air distribution you expected. view full answer...
Hey Colin, we do have the lift arm with part # FVK8014-05 but the only replacement lids we offer are the domed ones like # FVK1020-19. view full answer...
Well Vinnie it sure sounds like you have a bad remote since the fan is working fine with the manual controls. You have replaced the battery in the remote yes? Other than that you can try holding the remote up close to the fan to see if you get any response. Beyond that there really is no fix for this other than replacing the remote. The correct replacement remote for the MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus is as follows:
- Replacement Handheld Remote for MaxxAir Roof Vent Intake/Exhaust Fans # MA00A01150K view full answer...

Yes, the lid is available as a replacement part. Based on the part numbers you gave me the correct replacement lid is the # FVK1020-19. For the lift arm you can use the # FVK8011-05. view full answer...
I have seen both the Steel # 9106 and Aluminum # RV-626-062 Pop-Up Vents used in a open position to allow the air to blow into the trailer while driving. While I do not see the manufacturer having any kind of speed rating on these I would be hesitant to the speed or having them opening forward depending on the material you are mounting it to. Since some trailers only use fiberglass shells I would not find that material secure enough to hold the vent open while driving. But if you have a... view full answer...
Hey John, I looked up the range hood you have and since it is 22 inches wide you could use the Ventline part # VE88SR as a replacement since it is the same size. view full answer...
We do, Katherine. For a vent lid you can get a direct replacement if you're able to provide some more info or you can just use a universal lid # MA00-335002.
As far as the replacement key goes, you are going to need to know what key number your lock uses so your best bet would be to call a locksmith and have them unlock the lock and remove it so you can install a new one like the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option # 295-000019 view full answer...
